Patel Polymers located at GIDC Ind Estate, Odhav, Ahmedabad is one of the largest manufacturing plants for different types of Unsaturated Polyester Resins in Gujarat. it was started in the year 1994 with a production capacity of 600MT per annum. The production capacity has been increased to 1800MT per annum.   QUALITY ASSURANCE & PROCESS ENGINEERING   To ensure consistent quality, our quality assurance begins with testing the raw materials. The manufacturing process is monitored in accordance with strict process control parameters, by experienced chemists and technicians. Every batch undergoes a strict series of tests in the laboratory and must conform to our high quality standards and specifications, before being approved for shipment.   PLANT   We have state-of-the-art plant, incorporating up-to-date controlled instrumentation.   PRODUCT   We make a wide range of Unsaturated Polyester Resins, starting from General Purpose Polyester Resin, through Isophthalic, Rooflight, Photo lamination, Wood lamination, Boat Grade, Putty Grade, Marble Grade, Flame Retardent, SMC/DMC Grade Reins, Pultrusion Resins, Filament Winding Resins to more sophisticated grades like Vinylester Resins for corrosion resistance application and Gelcoats. These products are tailor made to suit the requirements of individual customers.   RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT   We are constantly striving to develop new products and to improve existing products, to suit the requirements of dynamic market place.   STORAGE   Store in cool and dry area, away from heat and direct sunlight. The Products have a limited selflife, which decreases at higher ambient temperature.   PACKAGING   We pack our products in 35 Kgs carboys and 225 Kgs epoxy coated steel drums.
